i feel very fortunate to first, have friends that i've known and loved for decades, and second get to spend extended amounts of time with them, albeit not that often.
steve was my roommate in college. it was brief stint, but one of the best people i've ever known and someone who genuinely can talk to me about anything, honestly, for hours.
...love that guy and will be sharing images soon from a recent trip to kentucky to visit.
then there is travis.
i head to pittsburgh soon, for a probably foolish yet really exciting trip. kind of something we'd do as 16 year olds, had we spent more time together then.
i look forward to it and am already sad that it'll go so quick.
